A washer and dryer, delivered, installed, and repaired for as long as you rent them, for one flat monthly amount. No deposit, no credit check, no cancellation fee, and no separate bill when something breaks.
What it costs
Month to month. The same amount in month one and month thirty. The price does not step up after an introductory period, because there is no introductory period.

If you are staying put, buying is cheaper. Over enough months, any rental costs more than a purchase. This is built for people who move, not for people who do not.
What the monthly rent covers
Included, at no extra charge
- Delivery to your home
- Installation onto your existing hookups, by somebody licensed for that work
- Every repair while you have the machines, parts and labor both
- Pickup and removal when you are done
Repairs being included is the whole point of the price. A rental where you pay separately for service is a purchase with extra steps.
Not included
- Minnesota sales tax, added to each payment
- Damage from misuse or abuse, as opposed to normal wear
- Damage caused by moving or repairing the machines yourself
- Loss or damage from fire or theft while the machines are in your home, which is a good reason to carry renters insurance
- Adding hookups. We install onto working hookups, we do not plumb a new laundry room
What counts as misuse, and what it costs, is spelled out in the rental agreement you sign before delivery. Read that clause. It is the one place this arrangement can cost you more than the monthly rent.
Fees that do not exist
Worth listing explicitly, because in this industry the monthly number is usually not the number.

There is no late fee either. If a payment fails we retry it, then email you. If it stays unpaid we suspend the rental and ask for the machines back rather than stacking charges on someone who is already short. That is the policy, and it is in the agreement in those terms.
The parts people ask about
Are the machines new?
No, and we would rather say so plainly than let you find out on delivery day. They are quality used machines, inspected and cleaned before they come to you. That is a large part of why this costs what it does. If a machine cannot be kept working, the point of the arrangement is that fixing or replacing it is our problem, not yours.
Can I end up owning them?
No. There is no purchase option, no buyout, no rent credits, and no path to ownership at any point. This is a rental and it stays a rental. If owning a washer and dryer is what you want, buying one is the cheaper way to get there, and we will say that to your face rather than sell you a longer version of it.
How do I pay?
Autopay, set up before delivery. Bank transfer is what we prefer and a card works too. Billing starts from the day the machines are installed, not the day you sign up, so you are never paying for days you did not have a washer.
What if I cancel after one month?
Then you have rented a washer and dryer for one month. Tell us, we schedule a pickup, and nothing is owed past the month you are in. There is no penalty for cancelling early because there is no term to be early against.
Why does this cost more than the cheapest offer out there?
It might not, and the comparison is rarely like for like. A cheaper advertised rate in the Twin Cities usually comes with a delivery fee, a term length, a deposit, or a service charge when something breaks. Ours has none of those. Add up the first year both ways before you decide, and if the other number still wins, take it.
