Tell us where the machines are going.

One form, a few minutes. A person reads it, confirms your address is inside our delivery area, and emails you back before anything is scheduled.

Nothing happens to your money on this page. There is no credit check, no deposit, and no application fee. Nothing is charged when you send this form, and nothing is charged when we reply. Billing starts the day the machines are installed, after you have signed a written rental agreement and set up autopay.

Every field is marked either required or optional. The required ones are what decides whether we can do the job at all; the optional ones save a round trip and can be left blank.

Where the machines are going (required)

The delivery address, not a billing address. It has to be inside the seven-county metro and it has to have working hookups already. This is the answer that decides whether we can reach you, so it is the first thing we ask.

Your dryer hookup (required)

We ask because a gas install needs a licensed gas fitter. We confirm we can do yours before anything is scheduled. If you do not know, say so: not sure is a real answer here and we will work it out with you.

Do you rent or own? (required)

If you rent, we ask you to confirm your landlord is fine with the install. Sorting that out now is much easier than sorting it out with a washer in the hallway.

How did you hear about us? (optional)

Sending this does not charge you anything, does not run a credit check, and does not schedule a delivery. It puts your details in front of a person, who replies by email. If we cannot serve your address or your hookup type, you will hear that from us rather than hearing nothing.

What happens after you send it

  1. A person reads it

    We confirm your address is inside our delivery area and that your hookup type is one we can install, then get the job scheduled. You get an email either way.

  2. You sign the agreement and set up autopay

    Before delivery, not after. Month to month, no minimum term. Nothing is charged when you sign.

  3. We deliver, install, and billing starts

    We agree a delivery window with you by email before the truck is loaded. Rent starts the day the machines are working in your home, not the day you applied.
