How it works

The whole thing, start to finish.

We bring a washer and dryer to your home, install them on your existing hookups, and fix them whenever they need fixing. You pay one amount a month and stop whenever you want. Below is every step of that, including the parts that cost you money and the parts we do not do.

Read this before you apply, not after. Nothing on this page is a surprise you find out about on delivery day, which is the only reason to write it all down in one place.

In three beats

  1. Tell us where you are

Your address, whether your dryer hookup is gas or electric, and whether you rent. A few minutes, no fee, nothing charged.

  2. We deliver and install

The people who carry the machines in and hook them up hold the licence that work requires, and the same people come back out for a repair. No extra charge for either.

  3. Do your laundry

One flat amount a month. If something breaks, you call and it gets fixed. When you are done, we come and get them.

The same thing, in detail

Renting an appliance is the kind of transaction where the details are where people get burned, so here they are.

  1. You apply

A short form: name, contact, the address the machines are going to, whether your dryer hookup is gas or electric, whether you own or rent, and anything about getting in the door that a delivery crew would want to know in advance. Stairs, an elevator, a service entrance, a narrow basement turn.

Two answers matter more than the rest. Hookup type decides who is legally allowed to do your install, because a gas dryer install needs a licensed gas fitter. Renting or owning matters because if you rent, we ask you to confirm your landlord is fine with the install, up front, so nobody discovers a problem with a washer already on the truck.

There is no credit check at this step or any other step. There is no application fee and no deposit.

The application form is here. Nothing is charged when you send it.

  2. We check it over and confirm we can cover your address

A person reads your form. We confirm your address is inside our delivery area and that your hookup type is one we can do. If we cannot serve you, you will hear that from us instead of hearing nothing.

You get an email confirming everything before a single thing is scheduled. Nothing is booked off the back of the form alone.

  3. You sign the rental agreement and set up autopay

Before delivery, not after. The agreement is month to month with no minimum term, and it says in plain terms that you never own the machines and there is no purchase option, because that is genuinely how it works.

Autopay goes on file at the same time. Bank transfer is preferred and a card is accepted. Nothing is charged when you sign.

  4. We deliver and install

We bring the machines, carry them in, and connect them to your existing hookups. Water lines, drain, power, and vent are licensed work, and all of it is included in the monthly price rather than billed as a delivery charge.

What we do not do is add hookups. If there is no washer hookup in your home, this is not the service that fixes that, and we would rather tell you before the truck is loaded.

  5. Billing starts on the install day

Not the day you applied and not the day you signed. The clock starts when there is a working washer in your home, and then it is the same amount every month, plus Minnesota sales tax on each payment.

The price does not change after an introductory period. There is no introductory period.

  6. When something breaks, it gets fixed

You tell us, we come out to you, and the repair does not cost you anything. Parts and labor both. Normal wear on a working machine is exactly what this arrangement is supposed to absorb, and a rental that billed you for service would be a purchase wearing a disguise.

The exceptions are the fair ones: damage from misuse or abuse, and damage from moving or repairing the machines yourself. The agreement asks you not to move or open them, and to let a technician in to do the service, which are the two things that let anyone stand behind a repair promise.

  7. You end it whenever you want

Tell us, and we schedule a pickup. No cancellation fee, no early-termination penalty, and nothing owed past the month you are in. One month is a perfectly acceptable rental.

If you are moving, the honest version is this: taking a washer and dryer with you is a problem you do not need, so the simple path is that we take them back. Whether we can follow you to a new address depends on whether that address is inside our delivery area, and that is a conversation, not a promise on a web page.

How long each step takes

We are not going to print a delivery promise on a web page and then caveat it to your face. Here is where the real answer for your address comes from instead.

Getting an answer from us
A person reads your application and emails you back, whether or not we can serve your address. If we cannot, you get told that rather than hearing nothing.
Delivery
Scheduled with you by email once your address is confirmed. Your confirmation names the window before anything is loaded on a truck, and rent does not start until the machines are working.
A service call
We agree the window with you by email when we schedule the repair. The visit and the parts are part of what the monthly rent buys, and the people who installed your machines are the ones who come back out.
Ending the rental
Tell us and we schedule a pickup. Nothing is owed past the month you are in, and there is no fee for ending it.
The rental agreement
A Minnesota attorney has not reviewed it yet. What is on this page is how the rental is meant to work; the agreement you sign before delivery is the document that binds it.

Reaching a person: [email protected]. If you are already renting from us, your account has your rental, your payments, and the fastest way to report a problem.

That is the whole arrangement

If it still sounds like a fit, the application takes a few minutes and commits you to nothing.
